Bookends & Backbends!

Join us for a new library program, Bookends and Backbends, beginning in February. It is a yoga-inspired library experience for youth ages 8 and up. It is a time to explore focusing ability, fun, and physical well-being. The program is filled with yoga-inspired poses and games, along with meditative and literary elements. It will be held each Thursday evening beginning at 6 pm.

Dark Fantasy BackgroundAttention Sci-Fi / Fantasy Fans:  These will be held the second Saturday of each month, from 9 a.m. for youth  grades 9 through adults.

These will be held at our library for youth  grades 9 through adults.  Have fun talking about science fiction and fantasy topics in literature, media, gaming and the arts.  The club will select a book each month to read and then discuss the following month.  Mar. 9 we will discuss The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet  by Becky Chambers.
